Bulk production at MinMax Textile typically takes 4 to 6 weeks after sample approval. Lead time depends on fabric availability, order size, and styling requirements. Share your target delivery date, and we will confirm separate schedules for sampling, bulk production, and shipping.

OEM: We manufacture garments based on the buyer's designs, specifications, and tech packs.

ODM: We provide design, product development, and customized manufacturing solutions.

Private Label: We manufacture clothing under the buyer's own brand name, with customized labels and branding options.

CMT: We provide cutting, sewing, and finishing using buyer-supplied materials.

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and Irrevocable L/C at Sight. Payment arrangements are mutually agreed upon based on order requirements. We offer flexible shipping terms, including FOB, with other Incoterms available upon request.

Our sister concern, STM Corporation, maintains relevant certifications and compliance documentation, including OEKO-TEX® and ISO certification. We are also progressing with BSCI compliance. Our team can provide supporting documents and factory compliance information upon buyer request to support your sourcing and supplier approval process.

We maintain a multi-stage quality control process, including in-line inspections, size-wise measurement checks, finishing inspections, and final quality assessments. Third-party inspections are also arranged upon buyer request. All products are carefully inspected and approved before shipment.

Bangladesh-made clothing can qualify for duty-free access to several major markets under applicable preferential trade schemes. However, import duties depend on the destination, garment HS code, rules of origin, and current trade regulations. Preferential treatment is not automatic.

LDC graduation update: Bangladesh's graduation from Least Developed Country status has been deferred to 24 November 2029. Trade preferences may change after graduation and any applicable transition periods. Future EU market access will depend on the applicable preference rules and potential eligibility for GSP+.
