Cash on Delivery
By cash on delivery customers can pay after receiving the ordered products after getting the home delivery or during receiving the ordered products from the selected office pickup. Cash in delivery will be available for home delivery if the cart value is below 5,000 BDT. For the above 4,000 BDT cart value order cash on delivery will be available only for “Pick up products from selected MinMax ST Office” delivery mode. After selecting the delivery method, at the payment page select the “Cash on Delivery” mode under “All Gateway” to confirm the order.
Card Payment
We accept payments made by any credit or debit cards issued from international markets and abroad which are authorized by VISA, Mastercard, Nexus & Amex. To complete the card payment by using your credit or debit card, you will need your card number, expiry date & OTP (One-time password) which will be issued by your bank through SMS and email. After selecting the delivery method, at the payment page select the gateway from available banks or you can choose All Gateway and select your card from the available type of cards (for DBBL Nexus cards payment please select DBBL and for City Amex cards payment please select City bank gateway for successful payment). Now provide required card information to complete the online payment.
Mobile Banking
At MinMax ST Office/ Website customers can also pay through their mobile banking services. Any authorized bKash & Rocket user can pay at ePlaza by using his/her mobile wallet from anywhere in Bangladesh.
